3 tspsmoked paprika

1 ½ tspground cumin

1 ½ tspgarlic powder

1 ½ tsponion powder

1 ½ tspcooking salt

¾ tspcoriander ground

Seasoning
Step 1
Mix seasoning ingredients into a small bowl. Place chicken in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with the seasoning. Ross with rubber spatula


Step 2
Pre heat oven to 220 fan forced. Like a baking tray with foil then baking paper. Spread chicken on rack bake for 30 minutes rotate halfway through cooking. Until golden brown

In a small frying pan heat the sesame oil over medium heat add the chilli and garlic and cook 2 minutes until soft
