Step 1
Heat air fryer to 400. Toss fish, olive oil, and taco seasoning until coated. Air fry until opaque throughout (6-7 minutes) Meanwhile, whisk together sauce ingredients, toss together slaw ingredients, and cook rice. Divide rice among 4 bowls, top with fish and slaw. Drizzle with sauce and serve with lime wedges.
