Instructions

Step 1
mix the oat flour, egg, milk, yeast, cinnamon and chopped apple and place in containers that can be used in the microwave or air fryer/ misture a farinha de aveia, o ovo, o leite, o fermento, a canela e a maçã picada e coloque em recipientes que possam ser usados no micro-ondas ou na airfryer
Step 2
Encima da massa do muffim dentro do recipiente,adicione a aveia em flocos/On top of the muffin dough inside the container, add the rolled oats
Step 3
Deixe por volta de 7 minutos a 160°C na ayefryer ou micro-ondas,porém,sempre observando o muffim/Leave it for around 7 minutes at 160°C in the ayefryer or microwave, however, always watching the muffin
Step 4
Após desenformar o muffim,coloque alguns fios de mel por cima/After unmolding the muffin, add a few strands of honey on top.
