Step 1
season wings with salt & garlic powder as desired. We must layer the flavor.

🍑Heat the solid cooking fat in a saucepan on medium heat. When the fat has melted and the pan is hot, add the onion, and cook for 10 minutes, or until translucent.
Step 3
🍑Add the ginger and cook for another couple of minutes, stirring, until fragrant.
Step 4
🍑Add your peaches, maple syrup, lemon juice, thyme, and 1 tsp of the smoked sea salt. Cook uncovered for about 15 minutes until the peaches break down and mixture thickens.
Step 5
🍑Transfer to a blender and blend on high until thoroughly mixed.
Step 6
🍑Pour half the cooled mixture over your wings and allow to marinate for a couple hours up to overnight [my preference].
Step 7
🍑Pour the rest back into the saucepan and add the coconut sugar. Allow to cook down a bit. This will be your additional dipping sauce for the wings.
Step 8
🍑Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes.
