Put the roast in the refrigerator the night before to thaw.Cut the potatoes into quarters after renting. the baby rinse the baby carrots and use about a third of a bag.Add water To fill crockpot about half way. Cook on low for about eight hours. Start at ten a m in order to be ready in time for dinner.
