Step 1
Beat together your ricotta and cream cheese. Add in powdered sugar. If you like a sweeter filling, go for 3/4 cup. Fold in your chocolate chips. refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight otherwise your filling will be too runny to use. Once your filling is ready, it's time to assemble. Take about 1 tbsp filling and add it to the center of your wonton. Wet all 4 sides and fold diagonally, and then bring in the two sides. Make sure there are no gaps otherwise your filling will spill out. Heat vegetable oil on stove until 350. Drop in your wontons and fry until golden brown. About 2-3 mins. Toss in cinnamon sugar or top with powdered sugar. Enjoy!!
