Ingredients

4 TBSbutter

4 TBSwhite flour

2 cupshalf n half

2 cupschicken broth

1can black beans
drain & rinse

2cans white beans
drain & rinse

1can corn
drain

1can rotel
drain

3 cupschicken
shredded, or rotisserie

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium/large pot, turn on stovetop to medium heat.


Step 2
Add the butter & melt it down. Then mix in the flour & whisk into roux.
Step 3
Add half n half and whisk. Heat until thickening a little.
Step 4
Prep cans while soup thickens. (DRAIN/RINSE beans, DRAIN corn & rotel.)
Step 5
Add chicken broth, black beans, white beans, corn, rotel, and shredded chicken.
Step 6
Simmer on medium-low heat until thickened or thin with more half n half. Season to taste with Julio’s seasoning, salt, and garlic powder.
Step 7
Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
