Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and beef mince until cooked. Stir through tomato purée, salt and oregano. Simmer for 5 min.
Step 2
2. Spread hummus onto the wrap. Place spinach and bell pepper slices onto the wrap as well as mince. Fold up and enjoy.
