Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. To a baking sheet, add tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil stems. Toss in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook in oven for 50 minutes.
Step 2
Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender. Add vegetable stock, basil, thyme, oregano, chili flakes, heavy cream, and parmesan
