Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2
Combine 1 ½ cups mozzarella, cottage cheese, spinach, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Spoon about 3 tbsp cheese mixture into each uncooked manicotti.
Step 4
Put half of the pasta sauce into a 9x13 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Step 5
Arrange stuffed shells in a single layer over sauce and top with remaining sauce. Add 1 cup water.
Step 6
Cover tightly with foil.
Step 7
Bake at 375F for 1 hour or until shells are tender. Sprinkle cheese on top and put back into oven uncovered for 10 minutes with the oven off.
