Chicken with Garlic Parmesan rice

Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place chicken into skillet and sear until browned. Set aside
Step 2
Into the same skillet, place the butter, garlic, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt. Saute over medium heat for a few minutes. Increase heat to med-high, then add wine. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reserve 3 tbsp of pan sauce for later.
Step 3
Add rice to skillet, stir well. Pour in chicken broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min or until rice is tender with the lid on. Stir often.
Step 4
Sprinkle parmesean on top and return chicken to skillet. Remove from heat and let dish stand for 5 minutes before serving
