Instructions
Step 1
In a deep stockpot, add milk, heavy cream, and corn. Bring to a low simmer.
Step 2
remove tails of 21-30 shrimp and chop into 1/4" pieces.
Step 3
Add small pot to range with I gal Water, Add roughly Chapped onion, carrotand celery to pot. Then add shrimp tails. While base is simmering,

when the base starts simmering lightly, blend with an emulsion blender,lightly. Then bring back to range and bring back to simmer. As pot is coming back, chop the roasted red peppers in small cubes and add to base.
Step 5
Add seasoning to base.
Step 6
Add 31-40 shrimp to base. (Tails off)
Step 7
After 30 min drain and strain shrimp stock. Add I gal to base.
