10 Minute Crispy Magic Corn 🌽
INGREDIENTS:
200g Canned Sweetcorn
3 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Salt
Frying Oil
Chilli’s
Lime
Seasonings:
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
METHOD:
1. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium. In the meantime empty a canned sweetcorn draining excess water. Add cornstarch and salt.
2. Ensure each kernel is completely coated and fry in batches for 2-3 minutes. The sweetcorn will stick together so ensure to separate with a spoon whilst frying
3. Remove and drain on to a paper towel. Place in a bowl and add paprika, salt and pepper and mix well
4. For garnish add chopped chillis and squeeze lime all over
