Instructions
Step 1
Add the flour, yeast, sugar and salt to a large bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Pour in the warm water (42c / 108f) and using a wooden spoon stir until a dough is formed. Not too wet, not too dry.
Step 3
Cover and leave to rise for 1hr 30 - 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 4
Add a generous amount of flour to a board, followed by the dough.
Step 5
Sprinkle more flour on top and roll the dough over itself 8 - 10 times and then shape into a circular shape.
Step 6
Pre-heat the oven to 220c/430f and add your baking tin for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add a little olive oil to the tin and place in the dough. Using a sharp knife score the top of the dough.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Remove and leave to cool for at least an hour.
Step 10
Slice and enjoy!
