Instructions
Step 1
Mix all purpose flour with active dry yeast, salt, sliced garlic and warm water until nice and sticky, cover with cling wrap, let it rise between 5-12 hours at room temperature.
Step 2
Remove dough from the bowl and dust flour around /on the dough until it’s no longer sticky. Transfer to a Turkey pan with a parchment paper underneath, put the lid on.
Step 3
Put turkey pan in a cold oven (no pre heating needed), turn the oven to 450 Fahrenheit and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove lid from the Turkey pan and continue to bake for another 25-30 minutes. Remove bread from the oven to cool. Serve warm.
