Instructions
Step 1
1. Add all dry ingredients, except yeast to your stand mixer bowl. Attach K-paddle mixer.
Step 2
2. Add warm water and yeast.
Step 3
3. Beat mixture, scraping down the side in the beginning to ensure all the ingredients mix. Then on low to medium speed, let it mix for 10 minutes. The mixture will be quite goopy and sticky (almost liquid). It's ok. It's meant to be. At the end of the 10 minutes it will still be sticky, but it will be stretchy.
Step 4
4. Cover and allow to rise for 30 to 45 minutes. You may want to set your oven during the rise time to 180C or 350f.

Step 5
5. Pour (because your dough will be quite liquid, even after the rise) the dough into your buttered loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until you have a nice golden crust.
Step 6
6. Allow to cool slightly, but do try warm - totally worth it!
