Step 1
Add the tomatoes, chilli and garlic to a roasting tray and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper

Step 2
Roast at 120°C for 50-60 mins then allow to cool
Step 3
Add the feta, yoghurt, lemon zest/juice, roasted garlic and olive oil/juices from the roasting tray to a blender with a pinch of salt and pepper before blitzing until smooth.





Step 4
Spread the whipped feta on a plate and top with the roast tomatoes and chilli, finish with fresh dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
