Instructions

Tapioca Rice

Step 1
Boil the water
Step 2
Add Tapioca Rice and boil in low heat for 10 minutes. Keep the water slightly boiling.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and cover the pan and wait for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
While waiting, put all the soup ingredients in a pan and heat until slightly boiling.
Step 5
Drain the Tapioca rice and pour into the soup.
Step 6
Chill the soup and put in fridge. Better to serve in cold.
