- 3 leeks (cleaned and diced)
- 2 medium zucchini's 
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 large onion 
- 2-3 or 6 big cloves garlic (as much as u want)
- 4-5 medium potato's 
- 1tsp thyme 
- 1/2tsp cumin 
- pinch of nutmeg 
- 1tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2tsp ground coriander (optional)
- 2 bay leaves 
- 6-8cups water
-1tbsp heaped vegetable stock powder 
-1tbsp heaped vegetable broth powder 
-2tbsp body glue broth (optional) 
-3/4cup cashew cream (or coconut cream) 
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
Step 1
chop up veggies and garlic
Step 2
saute leek and celery
Step 3
add in zucchini
Step 4
add in garlic and cook for3 minutes until fragrant
Step 5
add in spices
Step 6
stir in potato
Step 7
add in water above Where veggies sit
Step 8
add in broth stock and glue
Step 9
place Iid and simmer for40 minutes
Step 10
add in cream and lemon juice
Step 11
blend and serve with chives and cream
