✨Click Here For Recipe✨ These 15 Minute Chicken Sausage Bowls are the perfect healthy weeknight meal that the whole family will love. It’s also a great meal prep option! ✨Ingredients✨ ▫️5 chicken apple sausage links, sliced (or 1 package. I use Aidells) ▫️(1)14 oz bag of peppers and onions, I use frozen ▫️2 garlic cloves, minced ▫️1 tbsp olive or avocado oil ▫️salt and pepper to taste Serve over brown rice, cauliflower rice or stuffed in a sweet potato ✨Mac’s Awesome Sauce✨ ▫️1 cup Greek Yogurt OR or Mayo ▫️2 tsp Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos (if gluten free) ▫️1 tablespoon minced shallots or raw onions (red or yellow) ▫️salt and pepper to taste 1. Cook the sausage in a little olive oil and minced garlic until browned on both sides. 2. Add in the bag of frozen peppers to the sausage. As it cooks it will get a little watery because the veggies are frozen. Just drain off any excess as it cooks. Once peppers are tender and sausage is cooked to your liking, add over the top of rice of choice or in a sweet potato. 3. Mix the sauce ingredients together and add a dollop over the top of each bowl. Enjoy!!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook the sausage in a little olive oil and minced garlic until browned on both sides.
Step 2
2. Add in the bag of frozen peppers to the sausage. As it cooks it will get a little watery because the veggies are frozen. Just drain off any excess as it cooks. Once peppers are tender and sausage is cooked to your liking, add over the top of rice of choice or in a sweet potato.
