Instructions
Step 1
Brown sausage and set aside. Drain excess oil from the skillet.
Step 2
Add diced onions and peppers to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Step 3
Add garlic and then deglaze with beef broth
Step 4
Simmer for 3-5 minutes. And serve with rice.
