Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat non-stick pan over medium-high heat

2. Place your Andouille Sausage into the pan and add the water
Step 3
3. Cover the pan with a lid and cook sausage for about 12 minutes or until the water is fully absorbed (flip sausages half way through)

4. Cook sausages for 2-3 minutes to brown (turn over to ensure browning on all sides)

5. Remove sausage from pan and onto a cutting board, slice your andouille sausage into bite size pieces

6. Place your andouille sausage into a large mixing bowl and set aside!

7. Chop up your veggies: Slice your onion, slice bell peppers into bite size pieces, and slice lemon in half!

8. Place your sliced onion and bell peppers into the large mixing bowl and squeeze both lemon halves!

9. Season with Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Italian Seasoning, Minced Garlic, and extra virgin olive oil

10. Mix all the ingredients together to ensure an even coat and place into your Air Fryer basket

11. Air Fry on 350F for 12 minutes (shaking basket half way through)
