For the bowl
8 cupsbrown rice
cooked
2 cupsbeets
grated
2 cupscarrots
grated
2 cupsalmonds toasted
2 cupsspinach leaves
2 cupstofu
cubed
For the dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare rice and set aside.
Step 2
Marinate tofu in soy sauce for 15 minutes then saute cubed tofu.
Step 3
To prepare dressing, combine yeast flakes, water, tamari or soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, tahini, and crushed garlic in blender. Then add oil in a steady stream.
Step 4
To assemble bowls, place cooked rice on bottom, top with beets, carrots, spinach, almonds and tofu. Drizzle lots of dressing.
