Instructions
Step 1
Melt the coconut butter and add it into a bowl with the egg yolk and sugar, beat until pale then add maple syrup and baking soda, stir
Step 2
Now add the coconut and flour, form a cookie dough and add the chocolate to it
Step 3
Set in the fridge for 30 minutes or a freezer for 10 minutes
Step 4
Form balls and press them on a baking sheet
Step 5
Bake at 355°C/180° for 10-15 minutes
