Fudge Crinkle Cookies

Quick and easy recipe using boxed cake mix. Perfect for those times when you have last-minute notice to make a dessert.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients (except powdered sugar) until dough is formed. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Shape dough into 1.5 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place dough roughly 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Step 3

Cook for 9-11 minutes

Step 4

Allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container.
