Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter and brown the orzo pasta
Step 2
Add the onions, carrots, tomato and green Chili and sautée for a bit
Step 3
Add the chicken broth followed by water
Step 4
Add all the spices and stir
Step 5
Bring to a bowl and keep it for a couple of minutes
Step 6
Add lemon juice, then simmer on medium low heat for 10 minutes
Step 7
Top with the Parsley and serve hot
