Step 1
Cut two tortillas in half then brush a little water on the inside of each half and roll it into a cone shape . Use a little more water to seal the edge
Step 2
Shred a cooked chicken breast then add it to a bowl with pepper , sliced scallions, sweetcorn cream cheese grated cheddar garlic powder Cajun seasoning and salt and black pepper to taste . Mix that all until combined .

Step 3
Fill each tortilla pocket 2/3 full then seal them using some more water . Get them on a hot pan with a little oil and cook on both sides until golden and crispy . Enjoy
