Instructions
Step 1
Roast Parsnips & Garlic at 200°C (fan) for 50-55 min or until they’re as soft as a pillow.
Step 2
Transfer the roasted parsnips and squeezed garlic to the pot, then add Cream, Stock, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, and Blitz until Smooth.
Step 3
Return to the stove, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Serve with Croutons, Olive Oil Drizzle, Chilli Flakes, and Thyme Leaves.
