Step 1
1. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, gin, olive brine and a pinch of salt. Whip until smooth.
Step 2
2. In a small bowl, combine the olives and about 3 table spoons of olive oil, a splash of gin, & a splash of olive brine then toss.
Step 3
3. Transfer the cheese to a serving platter. Top with olive mixture and serve right away.
