Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° and chop broccoli.
Step 2
Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer to baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove and add chicken sausages to pan. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
Eat as is or serve with rice or on top of a salad.
