This is my 7 year daughters favorite sheet pan dinner that I make! She loves smoked sausages and old bay, and I love that she gets a nice serving or vegetables!

Ingredients

3zucchini
medium sized, or squash, or a mix of both, chopped
2 headsbroccoli
cut into florets
0.5white onion
diced
1red bell pepper
diced
2 x 12 ozsmoked sausage links
sliced into coins
¼ cavocado oil
you could sub for melted butter, or olive oil as well
2 heaping tbspseasoning
trust me this makes the dish
1 tspgarlic powder
0.5pepper
1 tspranch seasoning mix

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2
place all your ingredients into a large bowl with a lid or a large zip top bag.

smoked sausage links12 oz
avocado oil¼ c
seasoning2 heaping tbsp
garlic powder1 tsp
pepper0.5
ranch seasoning mix1 tsp
Step 3
Shake well to fully coat the meat and veggies with the seasoning mixture.
Step 4
pour contents out onto your prepared baking sheet.

bake for 20-25 minutes. If you like your veggies more tender, give it a toss then pop it back into the oven for 10 more minutes.
