Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
In a small baking dish, add the olive oil to the bottom of the dish. Then add the eggs, oil from sun-dried tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are cooked to liking.
