BACON, CHEESE, STUFFING AND SAUSAGE TURNOVERS 🧀🥓
I love bacon and cheese turnovers but this is a game changer, adding sausages and stuffing just makes it so much better! I make these every Christmas but it's perfect for any occasion, brunches and Sunday lunches 🤤
Ingredients
1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry
6-12 slices of streaky bacon or turkey rashers, use one or two for each one depending on what size you are making
130g of grated cheddar
1 bag of stuffing mix
3-4tbsp mayonnaise
1-2tbsp english mustard
1tsp black pepper and garlic powder
1tsp oregano, optional
1 egg, beaten

Step 1
Method
• Pre-heat the oven at 180°C
• Roll out one sheet of puff pastry
• Boil some water and add to 1 packet of stuffing mix, follow instructions, and leave to one side.
• Divide into 6/8/12 squares (large, medium, small)
• Mix mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, oregano and pepper in a small bowl. Spread about 1tsp of mixture onto each square!
• Spread some stuffing mix next.
• Place bacon and sausage on top, then sprinkle some extra cheese on top too!
• Fold and pinch sides together. Place them on a non stick tray or use greaseproof paper.
• Brush with egg wash.
• Cook for around 15-20 minutes at 180-200°C until slightly golden brown. I'm drooling thinking about these! 🤤
