Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower in smaller pieces and marinade it with the red wine.
Step 2
Heat up the vegetable oil in a deep pan and soute the potatoes until they get a golden color. Take them out, put salt on them and set them aside.
Step 3
In a different deep large pan, put the olive oil and heat it up. Soute the cauliflower to get a golden color, take it out, salt it and set it aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, saute the pieces of lamb. When they get golden brown, add the left over red wine from the cauliflower marinade. Add the graded tomatoes and the tomato paste and stir well to mix with the liquids. Add enough water to just cover the meat, salt and pepper and cook at medium heat for about 1 hour and 30 (until meat is cooked and tender).
Step 5
Add the cinnamon stick, the potatoes and the cauliflower on top and cook until they are done (30 minutes). Every 5 minutes you need to get some of the sauce and pour it over the cauliflower and the potatoes. Do not stir the food because the cauliflower will disolve.
Step 6
When the cauliflower is cooked and the sauce is nice and thick, turn the heat off and serve immediately.
