organic, cut into chunks
2egg
4 ozapple sauce
1 ½ cupsrolled oats
¼ cupflax meal
2 tspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
¼ cupolive oil
⅓ cupGreek yogurt
¼ cupmaple syrup
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspcinnamon

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Blend all ingredients for the batter in a high speed blender until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into oiled muffin tins (this made 9 muffins in my tins)
Step 4
Bake for 13 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes
Step 5
Make your cream cheese frosting my folding maple syrup and cinnamon into whipped cream cheese. Spread on top of cooled cupcakes
