Step 1
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
If you don't want to use the Sugar-Free maple syrup, you and use Keto approved sweetener or omit all together. The maple syrup adds a touch of flavor and sweetness when I was recreating the McDonalds McGriddle sandwich.
