AIRFRYER STICKY 🍯 CHILLI CHICKEN ✨ My most viral recipe of 2023

AIRFRYER STICKY 🍯 CHILLI CHICKEN ✨ My most viral recipe of 2023 with over 120,000 recipe saves 🥹❤️ This sticky honey chilli chicken tastes so good 🤤 a really easy fakeaway to whip up and the chicken gets so crispy in the airfryer. If you don’t have an airfryer, I’ve put a note on how to make them using an oven at the bottom of the recipe. Tag who would love this dish in the comments 🤤 Serves 3-4 For the chicken 2 chicken breasts, cut into large chunks 5 tbsp flour 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 egg, whisked 2 slices of white bread, blitzed into breadcrumbs Spray oil For the sauce 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 2 tsp ketchup 2 tsp honey 2 tbsp soya sauce Juice half a lime 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 small onion, sliced 1 flat teaspoon corn flour 50-70ml water In a sealed bag, add the flour, salt, pepper & paprika. Add the chicken pieces and shake around to coat in flour. Set up the egg in a dish and the breadcrumbs in another. Dip each piece in the beaten egg then the breadcrumbs. Preheat the airfryer or oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place them on some baking paper and spray all over with cooking oil (I used rapeseed.) This is important to get a crispy crust to form. If airfrying, cook for approx 10 mins. If cooking in the oven, approx 15 minutes but always check the chicken is cooked through. For the sauce, add all ingredients except the water/cornflour into a small frying pan. Let bubble for 2-3 minutes to soften the garlic/onion. Add 1 tbsp water to a dish and add the cornflour, mixing. Add in the rest of the water to this dish, then add it to your pot. Let thicken for 2 mins or so then add in your chicken. Stir to coat in the sauce. Serve with rice and veggies and enjoy ✨
