Air Fryer Korean Chicken (Gluten Free)

This quick and easy meal is super simple to make, but tastes absolutely amazing! This has quickly become a go to of mine, and is perfect everytime!
I serve mine with rice, but this would be great with noodles, or chips too!

For the Chicken
2chicken breasts
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspginger powder
1 Tbspvegetable oil
3 Tbspcornflour
For the Sauce
3 Tbspketchup
1 Tbspgochujang
2 Tbsphoney
1 tspsugar
1 Tbsprice wine vinegar
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 tspfresh garlic
1 tspfresh ginger
For the Garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, vegetable oil in a large bowl to create the seasoning.

Step 2
Cut chicken into bitesized chunks. Coat the chicken with the seasoning, then add the cornflour and toss until well coated.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 200C.
Step 4
Arrange your chicken around the airfryer, ensuring no overlaps.
You may need to cook the chicken in two batches depending on the size of your airfryer.
Step 5
Spray the chickne with oil, then air fry for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Around half way, flip the chicken and spray more oil
Step 6
While the chicken is cooking (if doing in 2 batches, wait until the second batch is cooking)
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a pan on medium heat
Step 7
Once the chicken is ready and the sauce is hot, toss the chicken in the sauce. Serve while hot and garnish with sesame seeds
