Broccoli Chicken Casserole with Cream Cheese and Mozzarella

It's better if you add cheddar cheese to it as well

Would have been better if I had cut the broccoli into smaller pieces and used a smaller cooking dish. Will make it again.

I wish this was set to make in one pan in oven. I modified it. About 45 min in oven at 400 all at once. No multiple pans. I didn’t have enough cheese and this looks not cheesy enough. Too much salt. Next time I’d do 1/2 tsp or low sodium broth.

This recipe is delicious. Next time I will mix the chicken in a bowl with the seasons before putting in the pan. Ensuring everything is well mixed.

It was good. But also kinda meh. Gotta figure out something good to go with it. May change the cheese to cheddar. I also added onions. Gonna rate it 5/10 for our house.

I was.surprised how dry it ended up. The cream sauce turned into lumps of cream cheese here and there. I was pleased my picky teenage son went for seconds. He added ketchup, as he does to everything.

Although all tasted nice, pretty quickly was boring with minimal change of flavour. Added sundried tomatoes and carrot, but still felt like it was just plain
