Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish

Combine the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Dip each thigh into mixture, coating each side and arrange in baking dish

3. Combine cheese, Italian seasoning and almond flour. Pat mixture onto each thigh

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until a meat themometer reads 165°F in the thickest part of the thigh.
Step 5
5. Broil for 2 minutes to brown the cheese.
