Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180
Coat chicken in oil and pepper
Step 2
Brown chicken in cast iron pot. Then remove chicken to plate
Step 3
Add butter to pot. Cook diced onion and garlic in pot. Add rosemary, bay leaves, chicken stock, cream, potatoes and lemon rind. Bring to boil
Step 4
Return chicken to pot and mix in. Put pot in oven for 40 minutes
Step 5
Remove all solids from the pot. Return pot with liquid onto stove and cook until sauce is thickened. Serve sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
