1 cupchopped onion

1 cupgreen bell pepper

2cloves garlic
minced

1 Tbspcanola oil

1 x 8 ozcan tomato sauce

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspmolasses

2 tspsmoked paprika

¼ tspcayenne pepper

16 ozbbq pork
refrigerated
2 x 15.5 ozcans no salt added pinto beans
rinsed and drained

2 cupsfrozen whole kernel corn

1 x 32 ozfrozen fried potato nuggets

1 cupMonterey Jack
or cheddar, shredded
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Step 2
Coat a 3 qt baking dish with cooking spray
Step 3
In a 10 in skillet cook onion, green pepper, and garlic in hot oil over medium until tender ,about 5 min. Remove from heat. Stir in the next 5 ingredients (through Cayenne Pepper)









Step 4
In a large bowl combine pulled pork , beans, corn and the onion mixture. Spread in the prepared baking dish
