Wether you want to make a nice homemade gift for someone special or you just love making homemade chocolates these are so easy to make with only a few ingredients .

Instructions

Step 1
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces then spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 150 c / 300 f until golden and caramelized 14 minutes roughly . Do not burn or it will taste bitter
Step 2
Remove from the oven then add to a Blender with the milk and blend until creamy and smooth . You may need to stop in between to take a break and scrape down the sides . Once smooth transfer to a squeeze bottle if you have one

Melt the milk/dark chocolate( your choice ) with a neutral oil which ever you prefer in the microwave in 30 second bursts then stir until smooth

If you have a silicone chocolate mold pour a layer of chocolate into it filling each one up . Use an ice cube tray if you don’t have a chocolate mold or any silicone round mold . Shake off the excess chocolate into the bowl and scrape it off . Freeze for ten minutes then repeat the process again and freeze
Step 5
Remove the tray from the freezer and use a squeezy bottle to squeeze caramel into the centre of each chocolate . Freeze ten minutes then spoon the rest of the chocolate on top of each one to fill the mold . Tap to make sure the chocolate is level then freeze for 20 minutes . Now you can enjoy your delicious easy chocolates yum !
