Ingredients
3 servings
15 ouncesflank steak
thinly sliced
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonrice vinegar
1 tablespoonsesame oil
1 tablespoonminced ginger
1clove garlic
minced
1 teaspoonSriracha sauce
adjust for desired spice level
1 cupbell peppers
chopped
1 cupbroccoli florets
½ cupchopped onion
brown rice
Cooked, or noodles, for serving
sesame seeds
for garnish, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha in a bowl. Whisk well.
Step 2
Add the marinade to the sliced beef and toss to coat.
Step 3
Pour marinated beef and vegetables into your crock pot.
Step 4
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
Step 5
Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
