Cheesy Naan 15 mins !! 260g self raising flour 200g thick greek yoghurt (can use vegan alternative) 1tsp salt 250g grated mozzarella (can use vegan alternative) Butter, coriander and garlic to serve Mix together the salt, flour and yoghurt until you create a soft dough. Stuff the inside of the dough with mozzarella. Roll out and put onto a hot pan, cook on both sides until golden and delicious, brush with garlic coriander butter and serve warm
