Missi roti is made from gram flour and is a perfect snack. It can be eaten as a packed lunch for picnics, school or work. It doesn't need to be coupled with other food as it tastes great on its own.

Step 1
Take a large bowl and combine all the ingredients except the water. Mix well.
Step 2
Add the water and mix well to form a dough.
Step 3
Knead it for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Cover the bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes .
Step 5
Make small balls and use a rolling pin to roll out the balls of dough until very thin, like a tortilla.
Step 6
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat until hot.
Step 7
When the pan starts smoking, put the missi roti on it. Brush the top of the roti with the oil.
Step 8
Cook for 40 seconds, then flip. Now brush oil on this side of the roti.
Step 9
Once cooked on both sides serve it hot or cold.
