Instructions

Step 1
Peel and dice your potatoes before boiling them until soft.
Step 2
Mash them with the seasonings and cornflour then shape into balls before air frying, baking or deep frying until crispy
Step 3
In the oil and butter, fry off your minced garlic for a few minutes until soft then add the potato balls, garnish with fresh herbs
