CREAMY MISO CARROT + CAULIFLOWER

Roasted carrot and cauliflower in a maple, miso marinade, the perfect way to prepare and eat your Autumn/Winter vegetables 😋

Instructions

Step 1
chop the tops off of the garlic, peel and roughly chop up the carrots then cover in miso, maple syrup, soy sauce and oil then roast for 30-40mins @ 200°
Step 2
-once everything’s roasted then blends with the tahini, lemon juice and salt n pepper.
Step 3
-cut the cauliflower into fillets then coat in the same marinade as the carrots and roast, place on top on the carrot base then garnish, serve and enjoy
