Garlic paprika shrimp bowl
This meal is done in under 30 minutes and packed with so much flavor!
What you'll need:
Raw, peeled, cleaned and deveined shrimp
1 tsp All purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Shallot or small yellow onion (diced)
Red or green bell pepper (diced)
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp minced Garlic
2 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
2-3 cups Fresh baby spinach
3/4 cup Heavy cream
Juice from half lemon Lemon
Olive oil
What to do:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add shrimp and season with all purpose and black pepper. Cook shrimp about 2-3 minutes per side (do not overcook)
2. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
3. Add shallots, bell peppers, tomato paste, garlic, cajun seasoning and paprika.
4. Add in broth, then add spinach and heavy cream.
5. FInish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and fresh cilantro or parsley.
6. Ready to serve. Enjoy! πππππ
