Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This delicious chicken can be served with pasta or over rice either way it’s delicious. There are multiple variations to make this dish I used spinach and sundried tomatoes but you can also sub it for regular small diced tomatoes.

Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken breast to your liking and massage seasoning into chicken with olive oil. On a medium heated skillet add in chicken breast and a slice of butter and cook on each side for 7-8 minutes or until nice and browned and fully cooked on the inside.
Step 2
Once Chicken is done, Remove chicken and set aside. add in diced peppers and onions. Let peppers and onions carmelize for about 5 mins. Then add in minced garlic, butter, heavy whipping cream, and spinach.
Step 3
Allow spinach to cook in the cream for about 3-5 minutes or until spinach starts shrinking up. Add in drained sundried tomatoes. Only add in about a tsp of oil from sundried tomatoes (or regular small diced tomatoes)
Step 4
Add in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. let sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 mins or until sauce thickens. Sauce should be a orange color from the seasoning and bits of chicken, if not add in a dash of paprika for color. Can season sauce more if needed
Step 5
Place Chicken back on top of sauce to reheat chicken and enjoy! Serve over pasta or rice or just eat plain!
